Thermal Interface Materials
Gap pads, gels and silicone compounds with thermal conductivity approximately 1.0–8.5 W/m·K, qualified for power electronics and EV powertrain.
Electronic Potting Compounds
Silicone, polyurethane and epoxy systems with silicone gels, designed for vibration, thermal cycling and flame retardancy.
Conformal Coatings
Silicone, UV, acrylic and modified polyurethane coatings validated under IPC-CC-830 for PCB protection.
Adhesives & Sealants
RTV, structural acrylic/epoxy, MS polymer, UV, cyanoacrylate and anaerobic systems for assembly-line dispense.
Personal Care Silicones
AP-680/690, AP-806/850 and AP-6017/6038 grades, supplied with independent parameter and compliance documentation.
